We are excited to announce Sunnie J. Groeneveld as our keynote speaker. Sunnie is the author of the book “Inspired at Work” and member of the Future Work Forum and Global Shapers Community established by the World Economic Forum (WEF). During the interactive session, Sunnie will share her expert knowledge on the topic Employee Engagement and how factors like community, innovation, and employee satisfaction directly correlates with customer loyalty in the hospitality industry.

In addition, Julia Fredrick, HR Director of 9 years at One Aldwych will share their story of evolution over the past decade and how they manage their Award-winning contemporary luxury hotel in Covent Garden.
