Newcastle to host breakfast briefing to discover the link between productivity and employee engagement
May 19, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 amFree
Personal Group & Sage UK are co-hosting a complimentary breakfast event in Newcastle on 19th May to discuss the link between productivity and employee engagement. Personal Group will present the results of a recently conducted survey, which shows a shocking 48 percent of employees are rarely or never happy at work, and explores the links between worker happiness and productivity.
Also at the event, we will hear from Dan Docherty from Sage, who will explore the links between engagement and productivity specifically for SME’s and what can be done to improve this. Finally, yet importantly, we will hear from a leading a Newcastle-based law firm about how they have approached engagement, the challenges they have overcome and the impact employee engagement has on business performance from an HR perspective.
There is a significant gap in the UK’s productivity when compared to other G7 economies and indeed even regional variations across the UK. This breakfast seminar will explore the connection between happy and engaged employees and their influence on productivity and business performance and how we can help to close the productivity gap.
