Workplace mediation specialist Alison Love Limited rebrands as Resolution at Work

Leading Welsh workplace mediation and people management consultancy, Alison Love Limited has come together with Bristol-based sister-company Mediation at Work under a new umbrella brand to become Resolution at Work.

The move signals further integration between the two companies following the acquisition of Mediation at Work by Alison Love and business partner, Dionne Dury in May 2016 from then owner John Drowley.

The name change to Resolution at Work recognises that services provided by the combined business covers much more than mediation by providing proactive and partnership approaches to managing workplace conflict.

Alison Love, managing director of Resolution at Work, said:

“Resolution at Work combines our core mediation, coaching and investigation expertise with a deep understanding of workplace psychology and legislation to create a suite of sector leading conflict resolution services.

“After a year with the two companies working alongside each other, the time is right to more fully integrate and offer clients across Wales and the South West a more comprehensive and cohesive service.”

Working with Appledore-based graphic designer, Tim Haughton and Newport digital marketing company, Glass Mountains to implement the website refresh, Resolution at Works has developed a fresh brand with new graphics and a colour pallet that draws on psychology and symbolism associated with transformation, awareness, calm and reconciliation.

“Our new colour scheme is relevant to the work we do,” explains Alison Love. “It is believed that it is the colour of true awareness and consciousness brought about by transformation, newfound knowledge and profound change. It is a unifying colour and the energy of this colour is very healing.”

To mark the launch of the new brand, Resolution at Work is hosting two complimentary conflict management workshops on 24 May in Bristol and 4 July in Cardiff. Both events run from 2.30-6pm, include a Q&A session.
